Mortgage Range Updates Now Live

We’re pleased to announce a number of updates across our mortgage range, including product enhancements and changes to pricing and fees.

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a strong and sustainable lending proposition, we’ve made several changes designed to support brokers and their clients across our specialist lending range.

Product Enhancements

We’re delighted to introduce two key enhancements:

  • The return of our 2 Year Fixed Expat Residential product, available for House Purchase applications.
  • The removal of Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) from our Self Build product, providing borrowers with greater flexibility.

The latest updates include:

  • Residential 2 Year Discount and 5 Year Fixed rate increases
  • Buy to Let and Holiday Let 2 Year Discount rate increases
  • Special Situations and Multi Unit rate increases
  • Self Build rate increase, updated fee and removal of ERCs
  • Expat Residential, Buy to Let and Holiday Let 2 Year Discount rate increases
  • Launch of a new Expat Residential 2 Year Fixed product for House Purchase applications
